Ken Piela
CEO
Ken is an all around seasoned business executive with 38 years of manufacturing experience, including senior executive positions in the financial, materials and operations areas for such notable companies as Mosler Electronics, an American Standard Company, Bourns, a world leader in the manufacturing of potentiometers and Unimation, a Westinghouse Company.
Ken has a history of building successful companies in the EMS sector, including growing Norfield Electronic Assembly from 1982 – 1988, and co-founding Imperial Electronic Assembly. Ken sold his interest in both companies before moving to Florida.
Since Ken became President of Creonix in 2001, he grew revenues by more than 300% and built a world class quality platform, with ISO9001, AS9100 (Aerospace) and ISO13485 (Medical Device) certifications In 2010, Ken successfully brought in an industry leading investment company, which is enabling Creonix to continue its rapid growth, add more talented leaders, and invest in the right high technology equipment to keep pace with our growing customers.
Scott Nickerson
Director of Operations
Scott has over 35 years experience in EMS and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) companies. He is well versed in all aspects of the EMS business from production, quality, and management, to sales and engineering.
Prior to joining Creonix in 2007, Scott was with Prime Computer for 15 years, serving as Lead Technical Advisor on PCB and PCBA for the Commodity Steering Committee. In this role, he was instrumental in managing a cost reduction/new supplier program saving the company $5million annually.
Since moving to Florida in 1992, Scott has worked for several start-up and established EMS and OEM companies in the Orlando and Melbourne areas in a variety of skilled management positions. While at Creonix, Scott has implemented the registered quality systems, for both Medical and Military/aerospace, and set the Company up for scalable long term growth.
Dan Lewis
Director of Operations, Systems Integration
Dan has nearly 27 years experience in the Contract Manufacturing arena. During this time he has held various management positions in several disciplines, including Engineering, Production, and Quality Control, and has been heavily involved in other areas, such as Materials and Sales/Marketing.
Over the years he has been instrumental in establishing and upgrading Quality Management Systems of the various organizations he has been affiliated with. One of his primary roles has been in the Engineering discipline, focusing on cost reductions by improving efficiencies through process streamlining, and design improvements through material selections and process modernizations, including equipment upgrades.
Jill Lindbloom
Director of Materials
Jill has over 32 years experience with OEM and Contract Manufacturing. Her experience is in areas of Procurement, Inventory Management, Customer Service and Customer Program Management for commercial/industrial and military Customers – primarily in the Manatee/Sarasota area.
Through these years Jill has been heavily involved or responsible for cost reduction programs, supporting Quality requirements, and procedures, and meeting or exceeding Customer's requirements and expectations.
